*Kesä lomineen on täällä taas, joten Linkin tiedottaminenkin siirtyy tämän tiedotteen jälkeen kesälomalle! Tavallinen tiedotustahti jatkuu taas syksyn alkaessa. Mahdollisista tiedottamista vaativista asioista tullaan tiedottamaan sähkopostitse tai Linkin verkkosivuilla https://linkkijkl.fi/.* Sisältö: Kattilan aukioloajat Kattila on kesän ajan auki Agoran aukioloaikojen mukaan. Agora on auki Juhannukseen asti arkisin 8-20 ja lauantaisin 8-16. Tästä eteenpäin elokuun alkuun arkisin 8-16 ja lauantaisin suljettu. Elokuussa palataan taas juhannusta edeltäviin aukioloaikoihin.

Kirkkovenesoutua! Tiedekunta ja Kauppakorkeakoulu kokoavat yhteisen joukkueen Sulkavan suursoutuihin 13.-14.7.2019. Tätä varten tiedekunnat järjestävät ilmaisen mahdollisuuden kokeilla kirkkoveneellä soutamista Agoran rannassa maanantaina 3.6. klo 16 ja 17. Tervetuloa IT:n ja JSBE:n opiskelijat, jatko-opiskelijat ja henkilökunta!

Tiedekunta ja Kauppakorkeakoulu järjestävät opiskelijoilleen ja henkilökunnalleen mahdollisuuden kokeilla ilmaiseksi kirkkoveneellä soutamista Agoran rannassa maanantaina 3.6. Lähdöt ovat klo 16 ja 17. Perämiehenä ja opastajana toimii JYU:n liikuntapäällikkö Anneli Mörä-Leino. Kokeiluun ei tarvitse ilmoittautua erikseen, mutta tulethan ajoissa paikalle.

Akateeminen kynäriliiga! Huomio kaikki CS:GO:n ystävät! Tr3 Gamers järjestää korkeakouluopiskelijoille tarkoitetun Counter-Strike: Global Offensive -liigan nyt neljättä kertaa, ja ilmoittautuminen on auki!

Ilmoittautuminen AKL 4:ään tapahtuu osoitteessa https://akl.tite.fi/#/ . Ilmoittautuminen tapahtuu siten, että rekisteröidytte sivulle Steam-tunnuksien avulla, täytätte profiilin ja aktivoitte sen, jonka jälkeen luotte uuden joukkueen Joukkueet-sivulla. Mukaan mahtuu 64 ensimmäistä joukkuetta.

Ilmoittautuminen päättyy keskiviikkona 26.6. Alkusarja alkaa 30.6. ja kestää syyskuun alkupuolelle, josta jatketaan suoraan pudotuspeleihin. Turnaus huipentuu marraskuun alusssa järjestettävään offline-finaalitapahtumaan! Tarkka päivämäärä ilmoitetaan heti sen varmistuessa.

Käytössä on kaksivaiheinen turnausformaatti (alkusarja+pudotuspelit). Alkusarja pelataan Swiss-formaatilla ja josta 32 parhaiten menestynyttä joukkuetta jatkaa Single Elimination-pudotuspeleihin. Alkusarjassa pelataan 5 Swiss-kierrosta, joista yksi kierros kestää 14 päivää.

Kerää siis 5(+2 varapelaajaa) hengen akateemistaustainen joukkue kasaan ja ilmottaudu mukaan!

Tapahtumat: *15.6. Poikkitieteelliset kesäsitsit*

Ahdistaako ajatus kesästä vailla sitsejä? Lapsettaako työpaikalla, mutta et kehtaa olla oma ilopilleri-itsesi keski-ikäisten Pirkkojen ja Pekkojen keskellä? Kaiva kesälevoltasi haalarit ja osallistu kesäkuun hassunhauskimpaan poikkitieteelliseen tapahtumaan eli lastenohjelma-sitseille

Sitsit toimivat OPM (oma pullo mukaan) ja OPM (oma perseenalusta mukaan) periaatteella. Sitsien hinta, 8e, kattaa oman pizzan hinnan sitseille Ilmoitathan kide.app-ilmoittautumisessa, minkä pizzan haluat natustaa suuhusi sitsien aikana. Sitsien lipunmyynti alkaa kide.appissa 31.5. klo 12.00!

*29.6. Linkin kesämiitti*

Linkin kesämiitti järjestetään tänäkin vuonna mankolan saunalla! Mankolan sauna sijaitsee Tuomiojärven rannassa lähellä kaupungin keskustaa, osoitteessa Valakankatu 9. Tapahtuma on OPPM, paikalla grilli ja makkaraa. Tule saunomaan, uimaan ja vaihtamaan kuulumisia!

*27.- 28.7. ATK-Yhteistoimintaristeily*

Tietotekniikan opiskelijoiden liiton jäsenjärjestöjen jäsenten yhteinen ATK-yhteistoimintaristeily järjestetään 27.-28.7. (lauantai-sunnuntai). Risteily kokoaa yhteen tietotekniikan opiskelijoita ympäri Suomen, etkä sä voi keksiä tätä parempaa tekemistä! Tapahtuma on kosteampi kuin Itämeri, fyysisempi kuin maraton ja hauskempi kuin kaikki rapuvitsit yhteensä.

Tänäkin vuonna risteily suuntaan pääkaupungistamme Helsingistä kohta Viroa. Laiva lähtee satamasta lauantaina klo 18.30 (paikalla oltava vähintään tuntia ennen!) ja takaisin ollaan sunnuntaina klo 14.30.

Agora is open from 8-20 on weekdays and from 8 to 16 on Saturdays all the way til Midsummer. From Midsummer to start of August, it's open only on weekdays, from 8 to 16. In August, the opening hours are the same as before Midsummer.

Summer courses The IT faculty with the rest of the university offers courses and education during the summertime as well, and there's still time to hop on board for the courses.

Church boat rowing! IT faculty and School of Business and Economics wish to form a team for tour rowing of the Sulkava rowing race on July 13-14, 2019. The faculties offer a free opportunity to try rowing in a Sulkava long boat near the shore of Agora on Monday June 3 at 16 and 17. All students, doctoral students and staff members of IT faculty and JSBE are warmly welcome!

IT faculty and JSBE offer their students, doctoral students and staff members a free trial of rowing in a Sulkava long boat. The departure is at the quay of Hotel Alba next to the Agora building on Monday June 3. There are two starts: at 16 and 17. Head of Sports Office Anneli Mörä-Leino will be the instructor and cox. No need to register for this free trial, but be there on time! In this event, you can sign up for the joint faculty team to take part in the tour rowing of the Sulkava rowing race on July 13-14. Rowing together in the same rhythm is fun, improves teamwork skills ja builds team spirit. Get a unique experience and spend a weekend in July rowing in a Sulkava long boat!

CS:GO League for Academic students!

Is your mouse hand ripped to the top, your tactics polished and ready? Do you feel that your team could be the winners of the Academic Kynäriliiga?

Waiting is over! It's finally here again! A long-awaited, much sought-after and desperately desired AKL is back again after a break!

Registration for AKL 4 is now open! Registration at https://akl.tite.fi/#/. You can registrate your team by registering on the page with Steam IDs, filling in the profile and activating it, after which you create a new team on the Teams page. Includes 64 first teams.

Registration ends on Wednesday 26.6. Regular season starts at 30.6. and lasts for the beginning of September, which will go straight to the playoffs. The tournament culminates in an off-line final event in the beginning of November! The exact date will be announced as soon as it is confirmed.

There is a two-stage tournament format (regular season + playoffs). The regular season is played in Swiss format and 32 of the most successful teams continue to play in Single Elimination-playoffs. In the regular season, 5 Swiss rounds are played, one of which takes 14 days.

So collect team of 5 (+2 substitutes) academic players together and sign up.

Events: *15.6. Poikkitieteelliset kesäsitsit (Cross academic summer sitz)*

Are you getting sitz withdrawals? Want to come and enjoy the summer with your fellow students in the theme of singing and enjoying beverages of your choice? Well, no worries, since Cross academic summertime sitz are here!

We'll be gathering at Mattilanniemi on the 15th of June for a sitz with a theme of "child friendly event"! (Which it really is not) The event will be held either outdoors weather permitting, and if not, in Lea Pulkkisen Sali at Agora. The event is BYOB and BYOC (bring your own chair/sitting device), and costs 8? (which will be used to cover a pizza for each attendee). Tickets go on sale on 31.5. 12:00, and the purchase link can be found in the link below.

Linkki's summer meet will be held at Mankolan sauna! It's located by shore of lake Tuomiojärvi, nearby city center, the address being Valakankatu 9.

The event is BYOB, a grill with sausages will be provided. Come along to swim, sauna and catch up with fellow Linkkeens!

*27.- 28.7. ATK-YTR (IT Summer Cruise)*

We welcome you to join again to the best IT-cruise of the year!

IT-students association is organising for its member organisations a cruis to Tallinn 27.-28.7. (saturday-Sunday). The cruise gathers IT students from all around Finland. Like you would have anything better to do?

This year like the years before the cruise sets sails from our capital Helsinki to Estonia. The ship leaves at 18:30 on Saturday (you must be at the harbor at least one hour before!) and will come back at 14:30 on Sunday.

The cruise costs only 41? per person and with it you get a place in a four person cabin, buffet dinner and the official overall patch of the event.

The registration is still open until the 2nd of June!
